About Rob Plotkin
Rob is a writer and behavioral health professional who has worked for over 30 years helping families and patients cope with mental illness. The experience has given him insights into human behavior and emotions. He worked both as a clinician and business leader, and operated the first of its kind national teletherapy network delivering video based counseling to children and adults.
In 2016, his company was named “Healthcare Company of the Year” by Philadelphia Newspapers. He received his MSW from Temple University and an MBA from Drexel University. He is a portrait artist and an author and lives with his wife and step-son in Pennsylvania.
